Burnout
A state of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion caused by prolonged or chronic stress. It occurs when an individual feels overwhelmed, emotionally drained, and unable to meet constant demands and expectations. Burnout is often associated with work-related stress, but it can also occur in other areas of life, such as caregiving, relationships, and personal goals.
