Habit
A routine behavior or action that has become ingrained in a person's daily life through repetition and often performed subconsciously. Habits can be either positive or negative and can impact various aspects of a person's life, including physical health, emotional well-being, and productivity. Habits are formed when the brain associates a certain behavior with a specific cue, such as a time of day, a particular location, or a specific event. Over time, this association becomes automatic, and the behavior becomes a habit that is difficult to break.
