I don’t think a mental health issue is for life — to the extent that it is going to feel as bad as it does in the moment for the rest of your life. But, I do think it requires some conscious changes, systematic effort to change things in your life that are not working.

"At Spring Health, our mission is to eliminate every barrier to mental health," said April Koh, Co-Founder and CEO at Spring Health. "We are so excited to be partnering with Brex and launching Catharsis to help bring mental health access and resources to founders of all stages, regardless of where they are in their mental health journey. We hope that by shedding more light on the issue, founders feel more inclined to prioritize their well-being throughout their entrepreneurial journey."

Important Note

If you or someone you know is experiencing mental health concerns or having thoughts of suicide, it is crucial to seek the help of a qualified mental health professional.

If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, please call your local emergency services or the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-TALK (1-800-273-8255) immediately. In the U.S., the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline's shortcut number is 988.
